I grew up working in my family’s business, then began running it as a young adult. I enjoyed the decades I spent building the company, but what I loved even more was developing the people I worked with; watching them gain clarity and be empowered to achieve more than they’d ever expected. I realized that my zone of genius was in quickly intuiting people’s gifts, and instinctively seeing how they could apply them for personal and business growth.
I looked to the leadership industry for help in refining my people-development skills, but none of the existing leadership training or coaching really met my needs. None of them focused on working with leaders holistically. None of them connected the positive energy that comes from mental, emotional, and spiritual health to leadership success.
I felt called to fill this gap. I became a coach, and built a team to foster holistic leadership growth. The result was Believe Crew-- a world class community of spiritual practitioners and intuitive coaches that work together to cultivate transformational healing and growth in emerging leaders.
Now I oversee Believe Crew and coach select clients as part of the Believe Crew team. I bring clarity and a path for healthy growth to coaches and other emerging leaders so they can step fully into the business they are called to develop.
